Krioterapiya

Cryotherapy (Kpuos means ice in Greek) is a treatment carried out by the effect of a cold factor on the organs and tissues of the body. The cold irritant is received by skin receptors and changes biological processes causing an integrated and multifaceted reaction in the whole body or individual organs and systems.

Cryotherapy stimulates metabolism, increases the production of carbohydrates, fats and sometimes protein compounds. Edema and alteration in tissues is decreased, tissue regeneration in wounds that have not healed for a long time is activated, dead tissues are renewed and the necrolysis process is speeded up.
